We scale all of our workouts to any fitness level -
a Grandfather or a University Athlete can participate in same class and you will be amazed how effective the CrossFit program is!!

Bar Bell Class - Wed 5:45pm/Fri 6:15pm

These classes focus on Technique, skill and developing stregnth for Bar Bell lifts
