Strength Class  
Bar Bell Classes Wed. 6pm & Fri. 7pm
these classes focus on the skills and strength for a specific lift.
the lift schedule is varied so the lifts are not the same month to month 

               Special Events and Classes

The gym will be closed July 9th to the 13th for some needed internal repairs!
The gym should be open for the regular schedule Monday July 14th!
